Step 1: Let's plan your perfect event
Ready to savor our delicious rotisserie pig or other authentic Puerto Rican catering? The very first step is to connect with us! Please have your preferred event date, location (whether outdoor or a catering hall), and an approximate guest headcount ready. This information allows us to suggest the ideal menu items and proper quantities to ensure all your guests are fully satisfied. We'll then provide a pre-arranged price tailored to your needs. Contact us via text or email to coordinate a time to answer any and all your questions.
Step 2: We prepare, you relax
Once you've decided on your perfect menu and placed your order, you can sit back and relax. Our team will begin preparing for your special occasion. We believe in clear communication, which is why we'll reach out to you at least one week prior to your event. This check-in ensures that everything is still perfect, allowing you to add or remove any items from the menu as needed, keeping you in complete control.
Step 3: The feast begins!
On the day of your party, our team will arrive at your location in Shelton, Connecticut, ready to transform your space into a culinary delight. We'll set up our work area and begin the captivating process of roasting the rotisserie pig on-site. We'll also ensure you've designated the arranged space for our chafing dishes, so all food stays warm and at proper temperatures for your guests to enjoy. The highlight: the pig is removed from the roasting box, placed on a specially designed table for guests to take photos, and then we'll start cutting some of the crispy skin for immediate enjoyment while we butcher and serve the pig along with all other delicious menu items.

To ensure your event runs smoothly and everyone enjoys the incredible food, please keep an eye on the weather forecast. If your event is outdoors, consider having some type of tents available to protect the food from elements and make serving easier for your guests. Your comfort and satisfaction are our priority!
