We cook all our rotisserie pigs in a special roasting box called a "caja china" (china box). This unique method acts like a convection oven, with charcoal placed on top to heat the box. It's incredibly efficient, cutting cooking time almost in half compared to traditional rod-over-coals methods. It doesn't require a significantly large area, but we'll need a designated outdoor space for the setup at your event.

What are your payment and cancellation policies?

You do not need to pay in full when booking. We require a deposit, preferably half of the total cost, to secure your date. For cancellations made 14 business days or more in advance, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations 10 days or less before the event are non-refundable. We accept Venmo, Cashapp, and credit cards, but cash is always preferred. Returning customers will always receive a discount as a thank you!
